Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TextToAnimation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

The current site presents TextToAnimation and accepts email notification requests. The primary action joins that notification list; it does not generate a video. The illustrative stills are design placeholders, not TextToAnimation video outputs. The planned generation features described on the landing page will be enabled separately. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Notification Requests

Submit only an email address you control. Joining the notification list does not create an account, grant credits, or guarantee an availability date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or submit harmful content.

Payment And Billing

This launch does not accept payments or start subscriptions. Future purchases will show their applicable prices and billing terms before payment.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.

TextToAnimation is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Opus are trademarks of Anthropic.
